1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the KLT Accelerator website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
KLT Accelerator provides marketing strategy consulting services to B2B SaaS companies. Our services include strategy audits, ongoing optimization, and implementation support as described on our website and in individual service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. One-time services are billed upon engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
Deliverables created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Fees for services already rendered remain due. Specific termination terms may be outlined in individual service agreements.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
